Matt McGowan and Jeff McGowan started RUNOHIO in 1988 to serve runners in Ohio. RUNOHIO now covers running, duathlons and triathlons in Ohio, West Virginia, northern Kentucky, southern Michigan, eastern Indiana and western Pennsylvania. We also cover the Ohio High School Cross Country & Track State Championships. Plus, we cover the U.S. Olympic Trails and National Championships.

There are eight issues of the print RUNOHIO per year: January/February, March/April, May/June, July, August, September, October and November/December.

The RUNOHIO web site is now in its' fourth year. Our goal is to provide visitors to the site with useful and unique content they can't find anywhere else. We encourage reader feedback and hope to hear from you soon.
