Hopefully, you have been able to take advantage of the nice weather we have had recently to get in some good winter training. When you are making your New Year's Resolutions we hope you will consider volunteering at a local road race, if possible helping to sponsor a local race, helping a new runner to understand proper training, and helping your neighbor who might need some assistance.
