November was a great month for cross-country running.


Ohio was well represented at the Midwest Foot Locker Cross Country Championships as Middletown's Jeff See and Troy's Levi Fox captured the top two spots and Indian Lake's Brittany Tinsley finished third. They will be participating in the National Foot Locker Championships December 11th. Good Luck.

The Mid-East Cross Country Championships presents the best high school senior runners from Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. A large crowd was on hand at Scioto Downs for the OHSAA State Cross Country Championships. A timing problem at the finish line delayed the results for a few races. However it was a great day of running - check out the RUNOHIO

March 6th I will be helping to direct the Arnold 5K

and the Arnold 5km Pump and Run. The Arnold 5K Pump and Run is a unique
event and is the largest event of its' kind. There is a limit of 600
athletes and over 250 athletes have already registered. The race only
accepts online registration to allow the race to close when it reaches the
