The summer racing season is heating up with numerous results posted under the Results section on http://www.runohio.com The last weekend in June I was able to attend the USA Track & Field Championship, which was held in Indianapolis. If you missed this year's Championships, mark your calendar to go to Indianapolis next year as they will again be hosting the National Championships before Eugene, Oregon will host them in 2008 as part of the US Olympic Track & Field Trials. http://www.runohio.com/news/10-19-05Oly_trials- 08.html

The first weekend in June the OHSAA State Track and Field Championships were held at the Ohio State University Jesse Owens Memorial Track. RUNOHIO was there to cover this great events - an article is posted at - http://www.runohio.com/news/06-05- 06State_track.html

One of the most celebrated pre-Olympic events, the 2008 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials, will be hosted by two of the world's most distinguished marathon organizers. USA Track & Field last month awarded the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team Trials -Women's Marathon to the Boston Athletic Association and the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Men's Marathon to the New York Road Runners. The Running Club of Granville and RUNOHIO will host three more runs in the Inaugural Bryn Du Summer Cross County Series this summer in Granville on Thursday evenings. http://www.runohio.com/news/05-24-06XC_series.html
