The staff of RUNOHIO would like to wish you and your family
a Happy and Safe New Year! Hopefully, you have been able to
take advantage of the nice weather we have had recently to get
in some good winter training. When you are making your New
Year's Resolutions we hope you will consider volunteering at a
local road race, if possible helping to sponsor a local race,
helping a new runner to understand proper training, and
helping your neighbor who might need some assistance. If we
all do a few kind acts to help others nearby, I am sure 2008
will be a great year for all of us.
If you are looking for a race to run in January please
check out the RUNOHIO Race calendar at:
http://www.runohio.com/calendar/01-08.html If
you are directing or helping with a race in 2008 please send
