Alan Webb set a new American Mile record last month with his 3:46.91. If you want to see just how fast that is, go to your local track this month. After warming up, go to the starting line and start your watch and run for three minutes and forty-seven seconds. Stop running when your watch gets to 3:47. 2nd Annual Columbus Winking Lizard "A Shot in the Dark"

The Columbus "Shot in the Dark" is back for its second year! Join us for the 5K night run starting at the Winking Lizard Tavern (1380 Bethel Rd.). The run and walk starts at 6 PM but the party kicks off at 4 PM in the Labatt Blue Beer Garden. Enjoy food and drink specials, live music by The Arnett Howard Band and giveaways throughout the night.
